Leonard A. Cole is an Adjunct Professor at the Rutgers New Jersey Medical School and at the Rutgers University Department of Political Science in Newark, New Jersey. His previous writings on science and public policy have largely focused on bio-terrorism and on terror medicine. A departure from those subjects, this book is more about the thrill of discovery, and the individual, his cousin, who discovered the neutrino, a remarkable subatomic particle.
