SATURDAY MORNING SERVICES/KIDDUSH

How many family members/guests do you expect to attend Saturday morning services (NOT including additional members of the congregation)? Please note: our maximum capacity allows for 125 guests for the bar/bat mitzvah family):

Which caterer are you using for Saturday kiddush? Please include date and time of delivery (deliveries must be completed by 12pm on Friday). If your caterer will be serving on GRJC premises, please be sure to provide the caterer's certificate of liability insurance, naming GRJC as additional insured, to office@grjc.org:

Please confirm you will be hiring the appropriate number of servers for the buffet based on your anticipated number of guests.

Please confirm you are able to usher on your assigned date, generally the bar/bat mitzvah directly before your child's. If you need to confirm your ushering date, please contact Jodi Schwartz.

Please note: We ask that the bus park on Pinelynn Rd. and that you and/or your chaperone escort the children to Pinelynn to get on the bus. To help us keep the spirit of Shabbat, we prefer that the bus not be parked on GRJC grounds.

Along with this logistics form, you must provide the bus company's certificate of liability insurance, naming Glen Rock Jewish Center as additional insured.

Are you planning to serve wine/alcohol at kiddush?
