Youth Groups

Our youth groups provide our youngsters with fun and positive social, religious, and educational experiences within the framework of Conservative Judaism. Frequently partnering with other local synagogues, these programs help to instill a love of our religion while laying the foundation for a life-long attachment to the Jewish community.

Club Sababa

"Sababa" means "cool, chill" in Hebrew slang and Club Sababa, which is open to anyone in the community from 2nd grade to 5th grade, is the cool/chill place for Jewish kids to hangout together while doing something fun (and possibly a little educational too).  Sababa events happen on 3-4 times a year and are the place to be when they happen.

Teen H.E.R.O.

Teen H.E.R.O. (Helping Everyone Reaching Out) is a new teen-run volunteer group through the Glen Rock Jewish Center. It is open to any member of the GRJC from 7th grade to 12th grade. This will be a fun way for teens to earn volunteer hours with their friends.
