Join usConveniently situated just 15 miles from midtown Manhattan in the northern New Jersey borough of Glen Rock, the GRJC benefits from its proximity to an abundance of nationally and internationally recognized organizations and schools which support Jewish life and learning in the tri-state region. Since our founding in 1958, the GRJC has been central to Jewish life in this scenic tree-lined Bergen County community of 11,000, where classic main street shopping, a July 4th parade and the jingle of the ice cream man complement a top-ranked school system and thriving cultural diversity. Glen Rock also just a short drive from many of the area's finest kosher restaurants and markets. The GRJC blends tradition and timeliness to serve the spiritual, educational and social needs and interests of more than 250 member families from Glen Rock, Fair Lawn, Ridgewood, Paramus, Franklin Lakes, Hackensack, Wyckoff and other surrounding towns. The GRJC also offers an area firmly grounded in broad and vibrant spiritual awareness. The houses of worship associated with the Religious Communities of Glen Rock reflect the town's commitment to spirituality, volunteerism and diversity. In addition to the GRJC, this interfaith council includes the All Saints Episcopal Church, the Baha'i Faith of Glen Rock, Community Church of Glen Rock, Sri Guru Singh Sikh Temple, Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd and St. Catharine's Church (Roman Catholic). If you find that the Glen Rock Jewish Center is right for you, we would love to have you join us. Please contact us via email or call 201-652-6624.
