Early Childhood
Our state-licensed Early Childhood Department provides small, nurturing environments rich in hands-on secular and Judaic experiences and exploration. Each child's social, emotional, cognitive and physical development is enhanced through creative play (both indoors and out), art, music, movement, puppetry, cooking, storytelling, math and science, games, language and literature, gardening, tzadakah, chesed and lots more.
Each of our Nursery School teachers for years two through pre-K has at least a Bachelors or Masters degree in Education and/or Early Childhood teaching certification. All have had many years of Early Childhood Education experience. Our Toddler Twos (for children 18-23 months by October 1st) teachers have certification/degrees in Child Development.
