Registration Being Accepted for School Programs 

Religious School
The Glen Rock Jewish Center Religious School is accepting registrations for the 2008-09 religious school year, which begins in September 2008.  

Pre-school children ages 3 to 4 are invited to register for “Holiday Experience,” in which children learn to celebrate various holiday traditions.  The class meets monthly on Sunday mornings from September through June.  Non-members are welcome. 

Registration for the Kindergarten program and for Sunday School (for children in 1st and 2nd Grade) is open to non-members as well as Center members.  The classes meet every Sunday morning, September through June. 

Glen Rock Jewish Center members and prospective members are invited to register Hebrew School students (third through seventh grade) for September classes. The two-hour classes meet twice a week, and include Hebrew, prayer, history, current events, music and library.  All programs include parent participation, workshops, and trips.  In addition, the school now has a computer lab which supports Hebrew programs for reading. history, and holidays/ 

A Special Education teacher is on staff for children with special needs.
